NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Plaintiff respectfully requests court issue the e-filed and submitted subpoena and subpoena duces tecum for Sgt. Stewart and Court Reporter Ms. Norma Alicia Thieme, aka Norma Duarte, with respective court fees duly paid, directly to Plaintiff in order that process of service may be arranged and executed to allow said witnesses to attend the hearing set for consideration by the 234th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, in-person on Monday, March 20, 2023, at 14:00 hrs as advised by Ms. Shannon North, Clerk (See; First Amended Notice of Oral Hearing, Image no. 106253765, Jan. 27, 2023).

I finally got a response from Houston Police. I am forwarding you the email that I received. They will need a payroll number for the Sergeant to be able to accurately give me his/her information.

Please provide them with the incident report number : 108 3343 22.

HPD allocated the investigator.

“Sgt Stewart’s” number is showing on my cell as +1 (832)-479-1413 in Pinehurst, TX.

I am sure they can obtain the correct “Sgt Stewart” from this information.

As you are aware, police officers are only obliged to give badge and surname, but the Incident report will be connected to the Sgt or whoever called me more than once.

IF THE BADGE NUMBER IS INCORRECT, WHEN YOU DO OBTAIN IT, MAKE SURE TO CHANGE IT TO THE RIGHT NAME/NUMBER ON THE SUBPOENA PLEASE. THANKS.
