There is no reasonable excuse for Judge Schaffer sealing or restricting proposed orders and orders of the court to mask who signed as Presiding Judge. (Rule 76A)

TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:

COMES NOW PLAINTIFF, Lucy Trivino, Individually and as Representative of the Estate of Mario Chavarria, advising the Court that her claims against Cane Island Healthcare, Inc., d/b/a Mason Creek Transitional Care of Katy have been resolved and Plaintiff hereby non-suits her claims against Cane Island Healthcare, Inc., d/b/a Mason Creek Transitional Care of Katy with prejudice. Plaintiff requests that the Court enter an Order of Dismissal with Prejudice of all claims against Cane Island Healthcare, Inc., d/b/a Mason Creek Transitional Care of Katy.
